Program Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Shoulder Sleeper Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commissions

- Affiliates earn a commission or discount on all qualified sales generated through their unique referral link.

- Attribution window: 30 days from the customer's first click.

- Payouts are made monthly via PayPal, provided the balance meets the minimum threshold of $50.

2. Eligible Promotion

- Affiliates may promote Shoulder Sleeper through clinics, offices, websites, blogs, email lists, and social media channels.

- Affiliates must represent Shoulder Sleeper accurately and professionally.

- Paid advertising using Shoulder Sleeper trademarks or brand terms without approval is not allowed.

3. Discount & Coupon Codes

- Affiliates may not create, distribute, publish, or sell any Shoulder Sleeper discount or coupon codes without prior written approval from Shoulder Sleeper.

- Approved codes may be used only in the manner authorized by Shoulder Sleeper.

4. Restrictions

- No spamming, coupon sites, or misleading advertising is permitted.

- Affiliates may not falsely represent themselves as Shoulder Sleeper or claim ownership of the brand.

5. Termination

- Shoulder Sleeper reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for fraudulent activity, violation of terms, or brand misrepresentation.

- Unpaid commissions earned in violation of these terms may be forfeited upon termination.

By applying to this program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
